The RC1 fire collar, having a valid licence issued by European Accredited Institution in comply with MSZ 14800-19:1990, is made of a size-cut steel cloak and a graphite based material inside the cloak which extends to heat. Above 150 °C the graphite band installed in a steel collar extends to its 30-40 fold and creates a fire resistant charred layer which stops the smoke to pass through the hole and delays the diffusing of the heat and fire till at least 90 min. The product can be used for new built-in and for old built-in plastic pipes. Diameters: 50, 63, 75, 90, 110, 125, 140, 160, 200, 250 mm, height is 55 mm.
